Associate Specialist, eCommerce Operations (Remote)

Job summary

The Associate Specialist will leverage expertise in eCommerce to manage specific capabilities and enhance product information, search functionality, personalization, and cookie governance. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance with privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations or product data management.
• Foundational knowledge of PIM systems, Bloomreach, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of product data flows and catalogue management principles.
• Basic knowledge of search and personalization tools.
• Familiarity with cookie consent platforms and privacy considerations.
• Experience in cross-functional team environments and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with global standards.
• Monitor product data flow between systems, resolving inconsistencies with technical teams.
• Oversee the configuration and operations of the Bloomreach search tool.
• Optimize the Product Recommendation tool within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Bloomreach.
• Serve as the technical contact for cookie consent management, coordinating configurations and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into structured briefs for Digital & Technology teams.
• Maintain documentation and best practice materials for consistent execution across markets.
