Associate, Investor & Partnership Management

Job summary

This role focuses on investor engagement and strategic decision-making within the renewable energy sector, specifically in M&A and partnership management. You will support investor dialogues and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commercial Law, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in M&A, consulting, strategic partnerships, or commercial customer-facing roles.
• Experience in negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Understanding of deal structuring and financial modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape business development proposals for investors.
• Develop compelling sales and business development materials.
• Maintain documentation for investor communications.
• Provide support to executive management and Key Account Management colleagues.

Education
