Associate Implementation Consultant (Remote)

Job summary

As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing client projects and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the implementation process, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to establish a strong foundation for long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Project Coordinator or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conduct client discovery to assess needs and objectives.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Passion for problem-solving and exploring solutions across diverse scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the client implementation process using established frameworks.
• Manage the transition from pre-sales to post-sales engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for Kick-Off Calls and maintain project resources.
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Remote products to guide clients.
• Act as a product ambassador, educating clients on product adoption.
• Identify upselling opportunities during the onboarding phase.
• Gather feedback from customers and teams to enhance products and processes.
