Job summary

This role involves implementing low-complexity study configurations and authoring agents to translate specifications and customer protocols into functional solutions. The position supports project plans by tracking timelines and deliverables while managing personal workloads across multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in platform configuration, technical implementation, or a related role.
• Foundational exposure to agentic AI or agent systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with configuring software or low-code tooling is beneficial.
• Knowledge of clinical trials or eClinical systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement study configurations based on customer protocols.
• Author, configure, and optimize agents in Agent Studio.
• Build test scenarios and execute quality assurance checks.
• Track project financials and manage personal workload.
• Prepare status updates and contribute to knowledge transfer sessions.

Skills

• Aptitude for authoring agents and configuring software.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with Git, Confluence, Postman, and productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
