Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.
• Collaborate with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance workforce insights.
• Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Use data and market insights for continuous product improvement.
• Lead prioritization and investment decisions across a global stakeholder community.
• Ensure successful deployment and value realization of Talent technology solutions.

Education

• Expertise in platforms that support skills-based organizations is preferred.

Tools

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Talent Intelligence Hub and Career & Talent Development.
• Knowledge of ProFinda or similar talent marketplace and skills intelligence platforms.
