Qualifications

• Previous experience in management consulting as an analyst or consultant, with client-facing, on-site experience.
• Familiarity with life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research, particularly clinical trial processes and terminology.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create coherent presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical operations processes throughout the trial lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear problem statements and solution frameworks.
• Develop structured presentations and storytelling slides to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client-facing teams to transition from problem identification to proposed solutions.
• Utilize industry knowledge to understand the impact of clinical recruitment on trial outcomes.
