Associate Analyst (Finance Transformation, On-site)

Job summary

This position is for an associate analyst within the Reporting & Analytics team, part of the Finance Transformation department. The role involves working on client-facing and internal projects, focusing on financial modeling, process automation, and data visualization. You will collaborate closely with experienced consultants to develop a portfolio of finance projects that will enhance your career foundation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a first-year master's student or a last-year bachelor's student
• Genuine interest in finance and technology
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach
• Basic understanding of financial concepts (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, KPIs)
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Familiarity with core tools (Excel & VBA, Power Apps & Power Automate, Power BI & Power Query, FinanceAI) is a plus
• Programming experience is advantageous but not required
