Job summary

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of hotel products in the Icelandic market, ensuring competitive offerings for a global customer base. This role involves building relationships with hotel partners and utilizing data insights to maximize their participation in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in account management or sales
  • Proficiency in Icelandic and English

Responsibilities

  • Expand the portfolio of local hotel partners and facilitate their onboarding
  • Provide data insights and consulting services to hotel partners
  • Optimize partner hotels' product offerings on the Expedia sites
  • Secure additional inventory during high demand periods
  • Promote engagement with Expedia's tools and services
  • Execute based on KPI metrics set by leadership
  • Travel to Iceland for market visits as needed
