Qualifications

  • Fluent in English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in software, digital, or online marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Australian and New Zealand markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB customers across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn while helping customers grow their businesses.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and new revenue streams.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally.
