Area Sales Manager (Nordics, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves driving capital sales of Heat Exchangers and Evaporation Systems across the Nordic region, focusing on developing new business opportunities and managing the sales process from prospecting to order intake.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within industrial equipment or related technical industries.
• Successful track record in identifying and closing complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer challenges.
• Familiarity with industrial sectors such as food & beverage, energy, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Heat Exchangers and Evaporation Systems in the Nordic region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and process industries.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and monitor market trends.

Education
