Job summary

This role involves leading inventory strategy and data governance within the Supply Chain Planning organization. The Analyst Team Lead will drive inventory development, enhance analytical processes, and ensure operational excellence across various markets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
  • Experience in S&OP, supply chain planning, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with BI tools and planning systems
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Structured and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain inventory targets for finished goods and raw materials
  • Lead replenishment efforts across stores and inter-company channels
  • Establish a robust data governance framework for item creation
  • Improve BI reports and planning tools in collaboration with the team
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to master data and product management
  • Coach and develop a team of analysts and master data specialists.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment.

Education

  • Background in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar fields is preferred but not required.

Tools

  • BI tools, planning systems, and master data environments.
