Job summary

The role involves supporting the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda by identifying commercial opportunities and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive analytical deep-dives and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, revenue growth management, pricing, consulting, or merchandising with a focus on analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
  • Commercial curiosity and strategic thinking, particularly in pricing, promotions, and consumer behavior.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical deep-dives on pricing, promotions, assortment, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools for commercial decision-making.
  • Support RGM communications and conduct competitor pricing analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical approaches.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of RGM analytics capabilities and new analytical frameworks.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-ready materials.
  • Familiarity with statistical or programming tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
