About the role

Job summary

This part-time Analyst position within the Fund Structuring team offers hands-on experience in the structuring, launch, and operation of infrastructure funds and investment vehicles. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across Legal, Tax, Finance, and Investment teams, providing a unique opportunity to engage in complex fund structures in an international environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Confident and proactive, with effective stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable in a cross-functional environment
  • Motivated with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring and setting up new funds and co-investment vehicles
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Tax, Finance, and Investment teams
  • Prepare analyses and materials to support decision-making and internal discussions
  • Contribute to the development of fund documentation and internal frameworks
  • Support ongoing fund operations and handle ad hoc structuring-related tasks
  • Help improve internal processes and tools within the team
  • Assist with data gathering, benchmarking, and analysis across funds

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program
