AI/ML Engineer

Job summary

In this role, you will be part of a team focused on enhancing data quality and governance through AI/ML technologies. You will develop and maintain solutions that improve data reliability and support responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or related disciplines
• Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI, ML, data, or software solutions in production or enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML components to detect data anomalies and monitor data quality
• Create validation rules and profiling capabilities for enterprise data
• Implement responsible AI capabilities, including model monitoring and explainability
• Collaborate with platform engineers to integrate solutions into existing systems
• Work with data owners to enhance data quality ownership and governance
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

• Strong Python programming skills
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and data engineering fundamentals
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Tools

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI development toolchains
• Exposure to DataOps, MLOps, and enterprise AI lifecycle management
