• Strong reasoning skills and practical experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing.
• Background in project and change management.
• Experience in change-driven, continuous-learning contexts.
• Familiarity with experimentation, product development, and innovation in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Structure and facilitate AI experimentation workshops and identify key assumptions for AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage pilot project execution, including planning, staffing, and facilitating sprint ceremonies.
• Bridge strategy and execution using frameworks like OKR.
• Generate decision-ready insights from experiments and synthesize recommendations.
