Job summary

This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide AI transformation, focusing on integrating artificial intelligence into daily operations and decision-making. The position involves collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities for AI implementation, ensuring accountability for results, and fostering a culture of AI adoption across teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in AI enablement, transformation, strategy, operations, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong practical fluency with AI tools and the ability to scale them across business functions.
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Strong coaching mindset with experience in building team capabilities.
  • Highly structured and analytical thinking, with the ability to create clear plans from ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Bias for action and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
  • Nice to have: experience with prompt engineering, BI tools, or AI-assisted analytics workflows; exposure to fintech, SaaS, or payments environments; program management experience.
