Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading organizational transformations within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Expertise in end-to-end process redesign and business process excellence.
• Master's degree or equivalent in business, operations, or a related field.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior leaders.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities, especially in GenAI, to inform workflow redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign of workflows for high-value AI initiatives.
• Analyze current processes to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Develop future-state workflows that clarify roles and decision-making.
• Create process maps and implementation requirements for business teams.
• Collaborate with AI Value & Transformation Leads to translate priorities into actionable changes.
• Facilitate workshops to ensure enterprise alignment and challenge silos.
• Define ownership and success measures for future-state designs.
• Support communication and change management efforts for business leaders.
