Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving organizational transformations in complex environments.
• Strong background in end-to-end process redesign and operating model transformation.
• Master's degree or equivalent in business, operations, or a related field.
• Ability to translate AI opportunities into actionable process and role changes.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of AI capabilities, particularly in GenAI workflows.
• Experience in change management and capability building in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with regulated industries is a plus.

• Ensure compliance and governance are integrated into workflows.
• Support communication and change management efforts.
• Successful embedding of AI into redesigned workflows.
• Clearly defined future-state processes with established roles and responsibilities.
• Empowered line-of-business owners to implement changes effectively.
• Enhanced adoption of AI-enabled workflows across functions.
• Development of reusable patterns for workflow redesign.
