AI Frontier & Solution Quality Lead (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The AI Frontier & Solution Quality Lead is a strategic role focused on ensuring the technical credibility and scalability of AI initiatives within the organization. This position involves assessing early-stage ideas and prototypes to ensure they are fit for enterprise deployment and align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating, shaping, or scaling AI/GenAI-enabled products or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, AI, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI considerations in enterprise settings.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solution hypotheses.
• Collaborate with AI Value & Transformation Leads to evaluate opportunities and determine the path forward for initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT on architecture and integration implications.
• Ensure responsible design practices, including data privacy and auditability.
• Guide decisions on building, buying, or borrowing solutions.
• Support prototyping and ensure a clear transition from ideas to production-grade solutions.
• Identify and address technical and operational risks associated with AI initiatives.
• Monitor frontier AI developments and their implications for the organization.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
