AI Engagement Manager (Senior, Technology, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role serves as the primary Engagement Lead for AI adoption and consumption in the Nordics, focusing on achieving market-specific AI KPIs through collaboration with stakeholders and account teams. It involves driving strategic initiatives and governance for AI engagement across the region, with a high level of visibility and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Informatics, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior engagement, governance, or program leadership role, preferably in technology or consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI portfolios and ability to conduct enablement sessions and workshops.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, particularly at C-level.
• Proficient in creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experience in forecasting, KPI tracking, and gap-to-target planning.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• International experience with fluency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engagement governance and strategic initiatives to drive consumption and adoption in the Nordics.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across account teams.
• Represent the AI Adoption & Consumption Office in various forums and engagements.
• Oversee the delivery of AI Adoption Status reports and conduct regular governance calls.
• Lead forecasting processes for AI metrics and identify gaps to propose remediation plans.
