Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business analysis, AI tools, automation, or digital process improvement, preferably in financial services or a similar industry.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering, capable of building lightweight solutions.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and security in regulated environments.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of asset management products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive AI use cases in collaboration with specialists, translating challenges into AI opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between Products and technology teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements.
• Develop and deploy AI support solutions independently or collaboratively.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and design efficient AI-augmented alternatives.
• Coach and upskill team members on AI tools and best practices.
• Ensure responsible AI adoption by applying governance frameworks and compliance considerations.
• Engage with stakeholders to stay updated on AI tools and industry practices.
