AI Enablement Engineer

Job summary

The role involves hands-on technical work in enabling AI adoption across various departments within the organization. You will prototype and build AI applications, conduct technical training sessions, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably with a full-stack or solutions engineering background.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI technologies, specifically LLM APIs.
• Strong communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with MCP servers and AI integration patterns in a business context.
• Awareness of security and governance in engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and develop AI applications for different departments, collaborating directly with business teams.
• Conduct technical enablement sessions for non-engineering teams to facilitate understanding and usage of AI applications.
• Advise teams on technology stack choices and integration patterns for AI.
• Ensure all implementations comply with governance standards before deployment.
• Document reusable components and contribute to the platform layer.
• Collaborate with the AI Enablement Lead on managing the use-case pipeline and reporting on adoption.

Skills

• Strong technical skills in software engineering and AI.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Knowledge of AI governance and responsible deployment practices.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI), MCP servers, and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) is advantageous.
