Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, transformation leadership, or similar roles.
• Strong background in organizational change, digital transformation, and AI adoption programs.
• Ability to develop effective change strategies and communication campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leaders.
• Experience in program governance, including risk and issue management.
• Familiarity with designing learning and employee adoption programs.
• Experience in managing communities or large-scale engagement initiatives.
• Ability to work in complex, global environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Previous experience in AI transformation or regulated environments is a plus.
