Job summary

This role involves enhancing AI capabilities within a financial organization, focusing on the development and implementation of AI-driven tools for client engagement. The position is based at the company's headquarters and is part of the Client Experience team.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in AI/ML applied to production business systems.
  • Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines, automation, and AI capabilities to production standards.
  • Strong experience with Python and modern data platforms such as dbt, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Business and data fluency in trading or similar financial services, including financial data literacy.
  • Experience in prompt engineering at production scale and data privacy engineering with AI considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of AI sales-tech capabilities for Relationship Managers.
  • Develop additional AI functionalities for various stakeholders, including clients.
  • Design and maintain the data foundation for AI capabilities.
  • Ensure operational excellence of AI systems with a focus on cost and quality.
  • Implement user feedback into system improvements and maintain compliance with legal standards.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and a curiosity about business operations.
  • Judgment on product iterations and stakeholder engagement.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a field related to AI, data science, or financial services is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and observability tools for AI systems.
