Aerospace Systems Engineer (Onsite, Aerospace)

Job summary

This position involves designing and modifying avionics and cabin systems within the aerospace sector, focusing on various environmental control systems and safety features.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the aerospace industry
• Fluent in English
• Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD and CATIA, with experience in both 2D and 3D design

Responsibilities

• Design and modify systems including ECS, heating, cooling, humidification, soundproofing, oxygen, smoke detection, and water/waste systems
• Adapt primary and secondary structures along with interior furnishings to accommodate design changes
• Support the team lead with organizational and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with certification standards and regulatory requirements throughout the design process
• Facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success

Skills

• Expertise in designing modifications for environmental control systems and related safety features

Tools

• Proficient in design software including AutoCAD and CATIA
