Advisory Accountant (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves providing advisory services in accounting, audit, tax, and payroll for clients in the middle market. The position requires a strong understanding of client needs and industry standards to ensure compliance and effective financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Completion of 90+ credit hours towards a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• Must have passed ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA exam.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' needs, business operations, and industry standards, including GAAP and GAAS issues.
• Gain familiarity with ITC audit automation methods and ERP tools.
• Evaluate risks and assess the client's internal control systems.
• Conduct substantive tests and internal control assessments to address accounting or reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with required formats.

Skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (in progress or completed).

Tools

• Familiarity with ERP systems and audit automation tools.
