About the role

Job summary

The role involves securing funding for international programs and projects from various institutional donors, ensuring quality project design, and building capacity among staff for project development and grants management. The position requires collaboration with technical units and country offices, with an emphasis on maintaining donor relations and supporting fundraising strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with major institutional donors, including proposal development and grants management.
  • Strong background in quality assurance and reporting of international projects, preferably in humanitarian settings.
  • Relevant higher education.
  • Committed, flexible, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • High standards of accountability and integrity.
  • Cultural sensitivity and diplomatic skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30 days for proposal development support.
  • Fluency in French and English is advantageous.

Responsibilities
