Job summary

This position involves managing and enhancing the Requirements Management System within the Systems Integration Team, focusing on offshore wind projects. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to improve processes and ensure effective systems engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, with a preference for INCOSE certification.
• Experience in administering Requirements Management Systems, with familiarity in translating business needs into user-friendly solutions.
• Knowledge of Requirements Management, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), or AI-supported Systems Engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Requirements Management System (Polarion), facilitating its growth and integration with business needs.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues on new operational methods and serve as a reliable support contact.
• Utilize the RMS to enhance systems engineering practices and assist teams in applying industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and explore innovative solutions, including AI applications.
• Lead the elicitation and quality enhancement of technical requirements, ensuring proper validation and verification.

Education

• Relevant degree in engineering or a related field.
