About the role

Job summary

The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers in the Swedish market, focusing on retention and growth. The Account Manager will act as the commercial owner of each relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving renewals.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, particularly within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Swedish market, customer needs, and buying behavior.
  • Experience with retention strategies, upselling, and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process to achieve high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR).
  • Drive portfolio growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans and accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Conduct commercial and strategic discussions, including business reviews and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure value realization and feedback integration.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing account performance and forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
