Job summary

This role focuses on growing a portfolio of existing customers through strategic engagement and relationship management. The position requires patience and persistence to drive significant account growth over time.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to work across UK and German-speaking markets.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in SaaS, but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of account growth strategies, specifically 'land and expand'.
  • Comfortable initiating and driving conversations with both end-users and executive-level buyers.
  • Results-oriented with a structured approach to sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of existing customers through upselling, renewing, and increasing pricing.
  • Conduct structured business reviews with clients, including HR leadership and executives.
  • Proactively engage with customers through calls and follow-ups to maintain momentum and traction.
  • Navigate complex buying groups, including Learning & Development, HR, IT, and procurement.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and buying behaviors.
  • Proficient in following a structured sales process and tracking deal progress.

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales or account management.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
