Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of iGaming sector regulations and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive client engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement client objectives and strategies to achieve commercial goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate the value of software products effectively to clients.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback.
  • Ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
  • Manage client project progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details in CRM.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account health and revenue forecasts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Work with the sales team to expand the client portfolio.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights to clients.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance knowledge and networking.
