This role involves managing relationships with biotechnology customers in Denmark and Norway, focusing on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction through consultative selling and strategic sales plans.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of customer applications and workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
