Job summary

This role involves managing the complete sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, focusing on voice AI technology. The position requires both sales acumen and technical understanding to effectively demonstrate product capabilities and ensure seamless customer integration.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, account executive, or go-to-market roles within a technical B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with technical buyers and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with APIs and no-code/low-code tools for demo creation.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery calls to assess customer needs and integration requirements.
  • Create and present custom voice agent prototypes to facilitate customer buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth transitions from sales to onboarding.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks and strategies for entering new verticals.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization to influence product development.
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Skills

  • Experience in selling AI, voice, or conversational technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telephony infrastructure and customer experience platforms is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in forward deployment or solutions engineering is desirable.
  • Multilingual abilities or experience in international sales are beneficial.
