Job summary

The role involves owning the complete sales cycle for new customers, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts, while also engaging in technical evaluations and demos. The position requires a blend of sales acumen and technical understanding to effectively demonstrate how the product integrates into customer environments.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in a sales, account executive, or go-to-market role at a technical B2B company.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with both technical buyers and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with APIs and no-code/low-code tools for creating demos.
  • Strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Highly self-directed with strong pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer needs and integration requirements.
  • Create and demo custom voice agent prototypes to facilitate customer buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers for a smooth transition from sale to onboarding.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks and strategies for entering new verticals.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence product development and decisions.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in CRM and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Skills

  • Experience in selling AI, voice, or conversational technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telephony infrastructure or customer experience platforms is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a forward deployment or solutions engineering role is beneficial.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience in international markets is a plus.
