Job summary

The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for new customers, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts. The position requires technical engagement during evaluations and demos, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in a sales, account executive, or go-to-market role within a technical B2B environment.
  • Proven success in closing deals with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and no-code/low-code tools for creating demos.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI/ML or voice technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess customer needs and integration requirements.
  • Create and demonstrate custom voice agent prototypes to facilitate customer buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers for seamless onboarding.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for new verticals.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization to influence product development.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM.

Skills

  • Familiarity with AI, voice, or conversational technology is a plus.
  • Experience with telephony infrastructure or customer experience platforms is advantageous.
  • Multilingual abilities or experience in international sales are beneficial.
