Job summary

This role involves managing the complete sales cycle for new customers in a technical B2B environment, focusing on voice AI solutions. The position requires a blend of sales acumen and technical understanding to effectively demonstrate product capabilities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, account executive, or go-to-market roles within a technical B2B company.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with APIs and no-code/low-code tools for demo creation.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess customer needs and integration requirements.
  • Create and present custom voice agent prototypes to facilitate customer buy-in.
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth transition from sale to onboarding.
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks and strategies for entering new verticals.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization to influence product development.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM.

Skills

  • Experience in selling AI, voice, or conversational technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telephony infrastructure and customer experience platforms is advantageous.
  • Multilingual abilities or experience in international markets is a bonus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with technical sales tools.
