Account Executive (Remote, Enterprise Sales)

Job summary

The role involves driving new enterprise business and expanding existing relationships with engineering, DevOps, and security teams. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for a defined list of enterprise targets and ensure Aikido becomes their preferred security platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with senior leaders in engineering, platform, and security.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to drive account expansion.
• Create customized presentations and demos that highlight technical and business value.
• Work with marketing and alliances on account-based strategies and partner initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot.
• Represent the company at industry and partner events.

Qualifications

What you can expect

• 6 to 10 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals worth 6 to 7 figures.
• Experience managing multiple strategic accounts with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and connect product features to business outcomes.
• Proficient in both direct enterprise sales and partner-assisted sales.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.
• Must be located in the Nordic region.
