Job summary

The role involves driving new business growth within a focused list of strategic accounts, utilizing a consultative approach to value-based selling. The position is situated in a high-growth market unit, emphasizing transformational growth and industry disruption.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and refine sales strategies for designated industries.
  • Develop and maintain Territory and Account Plans, including action cards and evaluation plans.
  • Manage the complete sales process from demand generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance account penetration and create joint sales initiatives.
  • Take full responsibility for meeting annual sales targets and maintaining pipeline coverage.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure effective sales administration and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of meeting quotas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong resilience and curiosity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a relevant local language.
  • Ability to navigate and build relationships within a matrix organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software solution sales.
