Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably as a top-performing SDR/BDR or Account Executive.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong goal achievement focus.
• Passion for experiences, travel, and supporting entrepreneurs.
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality, tourism, or experience-booking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle for Italian experience providers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and engage in consultative sales discussions.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to opportunity management.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within CRM systems.
• Provide market insights from Italy to inform product and commercial strategies.
• Represent the company at relevant events and networking opportunities.
