Job summary

The Account Executive is responsible for driving growth in the B2B channel by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. This role focuses on establishing partnerships with spas, clinics, hotels, and premium retail outlets while ensuring customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Highly competitive and results-driven
  • Enjoys a performance-based compensation structure
  • Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and independent
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in skincare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or premium retail
  • Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English; German is a plus
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new partnerships with clinics, spas, and retail partners
  • Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities from initial contact to account signing
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by fostering long-term relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat orders

Skills

  • Strong networking abilities within the skincare and beauty sectors
  • Ability to create opportunities and open new doors

Education

  • Background in skincare or beauty is advantageous but not mandatory

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines
