Workforce Planning Solution Owner

Job summary

The Workforce Planning Solution Owner is responsible for leading the operational delivery and ongoing enhancement of Workforce Planning capabilities. This role involves ensuring effective processes, systems, reporting, and governance while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

• Proven experience in managing operational processes, programs, systems, or business capabilities.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in driving adoption, training, enablement, or change initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to process excellence.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and enterprise systems.
• Background in HR, Finance, Operations, PMO, Change Management, HR Technology, or Workforce Planning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of quarterly Workforce Planning cycles, including communications, testing, reporting, and user support.
• Ensure alignment of Workforce Planning with Position Governance, Recruitment, and Budgeting processes.
• Act as the main point for operational issues and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Workforce Planning and Position Governance frameworks, ensuring consistent adoption.
• Monitor planning quality and compliance with governance outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting.
• Own communications, user guidance, and documentation related to Workforce Planning.
• Coordinate stakeholder communities and deliver enablement activities to enhance adoption.
• Manage the Workforce Planning improvement backlog and partner with technology teams for enhancements.
• Support the development of reporting and insights for better workforce decision-making.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with enterprise systems and reporting tools is beneficial.
