IT Transformation Manager

Job summary

The role involves managing and coordinating IT optimization projects within complex application landscapes, specifically in the SimCorp Dimension environment. The manager will develop and implement cloud business cases and conduct strategic assessments to aid decision-making for clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a manager, IT project manager, or senior business analyst, preferably in banking, asset management, or the financial sector.
• Expertise in the SimCorp Dimension environment, ideally with relevant certifications.
• Proven track record in managing IT transition projects and transforming IT operating models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met, and conduct SteerCo meetings with C-level management.
• Facilitate SLA negotiations between clients and external vendors.
• Support the analysis and development of AI-powered use cases for clients.
• Lead the transformation of ITIL processes in Incident and Change Management.
• Manage international project teams while adhering to regulatory and operational frameworks.
• Responsible for the migration of asset management systems to SaaS environments.

Skills

• Proficiency in agile and traditional project management methodologies, with practical experience in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of IT architectures, change management, and technical solution design, with knowledge of MS Azure and IT security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging business and IT needs.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of German as a plus.

Education

• Relevant educational background in IT or related fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, DevOps, MS Azure, and SimCorp Dimension.
