Job summary

The role involves supporting the Data & Intelligence team in managing data for renewable energy projects, specifically focusing on wind assets. The analyst will transform operational data into insights that aid in performance optimization and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience analyzing operational performance data in the wind industry or renewable energy sector
• Understanding of key wind asset performance metrics such as availability and capacity factor

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data from wind assets to identify performance trends and anomalies
• Manage analyses for performance optimization and reporting for Asset Management teams
• Collect and verify operational data for accuracy and availability
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to present performance insights
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure reliable data flows
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive visuals for stakeholders
• Document analyses and methodologies for transparency

Skills

• Strong experience with Power BI; familiarity with Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python is advantageous
• Ability to create impactful visualizations and reporting solutions
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Agile mindset with problem-solving skills

Education

• Relevant degree in a quantitative field as mentioned above.
