Job summary

The role involves creating digital experiences that enhance conversions and deliver value. As a Webflow Designer, you will be part of the Experience team, collaborating with various specialists to develop websites and customer journeys that integrate design, technology, and automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in advanced Webflow development, including CMS, Logic, Interactions, and Client-First structure.
• Strong UX/UI design skills focused on conversion optimization and user experience.
• Proven experience in designing landing pages, funnels, and modular website architectures.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and performance optimization, particularly Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with implementing tracking solutions like GA4 and Meta Pixel.

Responsibilities

• Transform CX strategies and user insights into scalable digital experiences.
• Design micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with automation specialists on lead flows and CRM triggers.
• Present solutions and advise clients confidently.

Skills

• Ability to translate CX audits and data into actionable design improvements.
• Experience with API integrations using tools like Zapier and Make.

Education
