Digital Product Designer (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves being a versatile designer within the Manufacturing Digital Product Design team, focusing on user needs and journey mapping while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. The position emphasizes user-centered design to create valuable experiences for industrial users.

Qualifications

• A few years of hands-on experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields.
• Experience in user-centric development and conducting UX research.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for building prototypes and UI specifications.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• An online portfolio showcasing design work.

Responsibilities

• Design internal digital tools to enhance colleague productivity.
• Utilize storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes in design processes.
• Present design work for feedback and collaboration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to define user experiences.
• Foster relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork and efficiency.
• Plan and conduct user-centered workshops.

Skills

• Proficiency in creating mock-ups and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong storytelling ability for presenting design concepts.
• Proactive problem-solving approach within an agile team environment.

Education

• Degree in UX design, Product Design, UX, HCI, or equivalent experience.

Tools

• Experience with Figma, Miro, Adobe Analytics, and User Testing is advantageous.
