Web Assistant (On-site, Soeborg)

Job summary

This is a hands-on student position within the Digital Channels team, focusing on enhancing web experiences and managing digital content for a global company. The role involves supporting the maintenance and optimization of web and CMS platforms, structuring and publishing content, and assisting colleagues in mastering digital tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a similar field.
• Curiosity about websites, CMS platforms, and digital user experiences.
• Eager to learn and develop skills in content management systems.
• Experience with a CMS is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to help others.
• Proactive and comfortable with exploring new digital tools and technologies, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize content across web and CMS platforms to create engaging digital experiences.
• Create, publish, and structure content following best practices and web standards.
• Assist colleagues in using digital experience tools and producing high-quality web content.
• Improve website usability, accessibility, and content effectiveness through testing and analysis.
• Develop training materials and best practices for content owners.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing web platforms and digital employee experiences.

• On-site position in Soeborg, near Copenhagen, Denmark, with a commitment of 15 hours per week.
