Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the web analytics setup, collaborating with Product Experience and Digital Technology.
  • Maintain the web analytics data pipeline using Matomo, including tracking, data QA, and modeling.
  • Define and govern event taxonomy in collaboration with Marketing and Product Experience.
  • Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-offs and prioritize enhancements.
  • Provide insights on marketing trends and product usage to support decision-making.
  • Enable reporting on media performance and collaborate on recommendations for improvement.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data modeling and transformations.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Matomo.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree in analytics, data science, or a related field.
