Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold standards and controls for data management and governance on the Databricks platform.
• Lead the implementation of governance and data management practices, ensuring alignment with the overall data strategy.
• Create clear processes, templates, and guidelines for delivery teams based on governance and compliance needs.
• Proactively identify risks and gaps in data management and drive corrective actions.
• Manage operational processes related to access, retention, metadata, and governance reviews.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement effective data governance and management solutions.
• Employ a structured approach to address data management challenges, enhancing consistency and maintainability.
