Qualifications

• Significant experience in contract logistics, particularly in inventory management roles that involve customer interaction.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication across different organizational levels.
• Proven experience with WMS/ERP systems and managing data-driven processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory control and its implications on operations and finances.
• Experience in international and multi-site environments with a structured, analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control strategy, ensuring accountability for stock accuracy and minimizing shrinkage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a reliable operational partner.
• Develop and implement processes and systems to address and prevent inventory discrepancies.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects using data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, legal, and quality standards, including documentation and audit readiness.
• Manage inventory flows, including returns, reworked stock, and damaged goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet KPIs and budget goals.
