Job summary

The Logistics Lead is responsible for managing logistical operations for offshore wind parks in the German region, ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations and support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Background in vessel operations, maritime education, or ship management.
• Demonstrated experience in offshore vessel project operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
• Fluent in English and the local language (Danish, German, UK English, Dutch, or Swedish).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health, safety, environment, and quality in all operations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Manage interfaces related to logistical topics.
• Monitor vessel performance and implement improvements.
• Support tender processes for logistical assets and define site requirements.
• Oversee vessel mobilizations, including crew and equipment.
• Collaborate with Offshore Logistics for safe operations.
• Handle invoicing for logistical assets.
• Optimize logistics for vessels and helicopters across the region.
• Ensure data accuracy for asset operational readiness.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of IT competency.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and local language.

Education

• Relevant qualifications in maritime operations or related fields.

Tools
