Job summary

This role involves overseeing inventory control performance at a warehouse, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in contract logistics, preferably in a customer-facing inventory management position.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication across different levels.
• Proven experience with WMS/ERP systems and data-driven processes.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory control and its impact on operations and finances.
• Experience in international and multi-site environments with a structured, analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control strategy, ensuring accountability for stock accuracy and shrinkage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a reliable operational partner.
• Develop and implement processes and systems to prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards, including documentation and audit readiness.
• Oversee inventory flows, including returns and handling of damaged goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet KPIs and budget targets.
