VP - Head of Project Management & Reporting (Offshore Wind Industry)

Job summary

This role involves leading project management and reporting within the offshore wind sector, focusing on high-quality project delivery and governance. The position is critical for driving operational performance and continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or Business.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in project-driven organizations, including senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Project Planning and Project Controls Team to ensure consistent delivery.
• Own and develop the project management governance framework, including planning, cost, and risk procedures.
• Oversee project controls systems and performance dashboards, enhancing visibility in collaboration with Business Intelligence.
• Drive transparency of project progress and performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Finance to enhance cost management and forecasting frameworks.
• Provide expertise in project controls to support commercial changes and variation orders.
• Foster a culture of lessons learned and continuous operational improvement.
