Vice President (VP) Cloud

The VP Cloud will oversee the company's Cloud strategy, operations, and financial performance across various platforms. Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in Cloud Operations and managing SaaS infrastructures in multi-cloud environments.
• Proven success in managing SaaS cloud delivery at scale, preferably in Enterprise Service Management or ITSM.
• Strong financial acumen related to Cloud cost optimization and margin improvement.
• Experience with CloudOps practices including SRE, FinOps, and DevSecOps.
• Demonstrated ability to implement DevOps principles across multiple units.
• Expertise in establishing observability frameworks in multi-cloud settings.
• In-depth knowledge of platform-agnostic cloud stack design and deployment.
• Familiarity with data residency, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve Cloud Operations KPIs for the product portfolio.
• Ensure KPIs align with business objectives such as availability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational automation and standardization of best practices.
• Establish a proactive Cloud incident management framework.
• Manage Cloud cost and margin optimization, implementing FinOps practices.
• Deliver flexible deployment models that prioritize data residency and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing CloudOps organization.
